👍 Best thing about their job

I'm good at it. I only having one person that's able to tell me what to do.

👎 Worst thing about their job

Business is branded and marketed really poorly. Prices keep being hiked resulting in loss of custom. Despite being the top earner for our region, investment is given to much quieter sites while we're left with old equipment that breaks continuously. Stock comes in sporadically. All the core hours are allotted in the day-time leaving the evenings often feeling short-handed. My wages a poor relative to say, people of the same job title. A lot is expected of me which is okay but not always achievable. My rotas are often done just a day or two days before coming into effect. I have no set days off so it is tremendously difficult to plan life outside of work. I often finish at 9 and start at 8 the following morning which is draining.
